Is it really live in 7 business days?
Yes, counted from the day we have everything we need. The clock starts once your deposit is paid and your info form is complete: business details, logo, photos and domain access. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting statutory holidays. The clock pauses while we wait on your feedback or approval. Extra pages or features beyond your package can add time. We tell you before we start. If anything changes your launch date, we tell you the new date in writing.
What exactly is the free teardown?
A short personal video where we walk through your current site and show you what’s costing you clients, and how to fix it. It arrives within 48 hours. It’s yours to keep, whether you hire us or not.
Why does this cost more than a template site?
A template is a cost. A site built to bring in clients is an investment. For most of our clients, one or two new customers covers the difference.
Do I have to write the content?
No. We write the copy for you based on our strategy call. You just review and approve it.
I already have a website. Can you rebuild it?
Yes, that’s most of our projects. We keep what works (your domain, content and search rankings) and rebuild the rest.
Who owns the site?
You own your code and your domain. We host it for you so you never have to think about it. Want to leave? We move everything to your own account for free. No licensing, no lock-in.
What do you need from me, and what if I’m slow?
Your intake form: your services, your best customers, the areas you serve, your logo and photos. It saves as you go. The 7 business days start once you submit it and your deposit is paid, so the faster you send it, the faster you’re live. If we haven’t heard from you in 14 days, we pause the project until you’re ready. No extra charge.
How many pages do I get, and how do big sites launch?
Starter: up to 25 pages. The 7-Day Booked-Calls Website: up to 50 pages. Premium: no page limit, typically 100–250 pages, planned with you on a call. For local businesses, most pages are service and area pages, the pages that help you show up on Google in each town you serve. On Premium, the whole site is built within 7 business days. Launch day goes live with your core and most important pages. The rest go live in batches every 1–2 weeks, so Google finds, indexes and ranks each batch properly.
Where is my site hosted?
We host it for you on fast, secure Cloudflare hosting, so there’s nothing technical for you to manage. Hosting is part of F7 Care, and your first 3 months are included. If you ever leave, we move the site to your own account for free, where hosting is often $0.
How do I pay?
Online, in two minutes: a 50% deposit to start and the rest once you’ve approved your site. Pay securely by card through Stripe. Everything (payments, your info form, previews and approvals) lives on one private project page.
What about my domain?
We handle it. Your project page shows simple steps to give us access (no passwords), or we register a new domain in your name. Stuck? We’ll sort it on a 5-minute call.
What happens after launch?
Your first 3 months of F7 Care are included: hosting, monthly edits, monitoring and backups. After that it’s $149/month. Need a change? Just ask from your project page. Cancel anytime.
