Before we jump in, we want to make sure this project feels aligned on both sides. Start by filling out our quick application — once submitted, we’ll be in touch with next steps.
From there, we’ll either hop on a call or send over a simple questionnaire to get clear on your goals, vision, and timeline. Once we’re both feeling good, we’ll lock in a start date.
When you're officially booked in, you’ll be added to our shared Asana board — where you’ll find everything in one place: your contract, invoice, and a full breakdown of our week together. From here, we’re off to the races!
To set you up for a smooth and successful website build, we’ll start with a bit of guided prep work.
You’ll complete a short brand and website discovery form, build a Pinterest board to capture your style, organize your photos and copy, and pick your favourite Showit template from our collection.
We’ll need all of this at least 3 business days before your start date — giving us the time to dive into your vision and map out the creative direction before we hit the ground running.

With your prep work done and creative direction locked in, it’s go time.
Over the next week, we’ll bring your brand to life — starting with a fully custom identity. In days 1 &2, we’ll focus on designing your logo suite, submarks, and type styling. You’ll get a round of revisions to make sure everything feels just right.
Once your brand identity is approved, we shift gears and begin building out your custom Showit website in days 2-4. This is where everything comes together — clean design, intentional layout, and a website that finally feels like you.

With your brand identity finalized, we’ll roll straight into customizing your Showit website.
You’ll choose a template (or mix and match elements from a few in our shop), and I’ll tailor it to match your new brand and vision — starting with the homepage.
Once you’ve reviewed and approved the homepage, I’ll bring the rest of the site to life — page by page — finishing with a final refinement round to make sure everything looks and feels just right.

To wrap up our week, I’ll take care of all the final details — from connecting your domain and setting up your blog (if needed) to transferring the site to your Showit account.
You’ll receive a complete package of brand files, plus a custom screen recording walking you through your new site so you feel confident making updates moving forward.
Once your domain is live and SSL is secured, it’s launch time.
You’ll also get ready-to-post launch graphics so you can proudly share your new look with the world.
