The meaning of our name
Two words. One promise.
The future is yours. Seven is ours. Future Seven is that which is about to be, sworn to completion.
01 · Future
That which is about to be.
Future comes from the Latin futurus, “about to be.” Trace it deeper and you reach bheue-, one of the oldest roots in human language: “to be, to grow, to come into being.” It gave English two words: be and build.
Every client brings us a future: a version of their business that doesn’t exist yet, but that they can already see. The future is our client.
02 · Seven
A finished work. A sworn promise.
Seven is one of humanity’s oldest symbols of wholeness. Seven days complete a week. Seven notes complete the scale. Seven colors complete the spectrum of light.
In ancient Hebrew, sheva (seven) shares its root with shava, “to swear an oath.” To make a binding promise was, quite literally, to seven oneself.
03 · Where vision becomes reality
You bring the future. We bring the seven.
Ideas are spoken long before they’re seen. We close the distance between the vision you describe and the thing you can hold, which is why every website we build goes live within 7 business days of getting your info.
