Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026. Future Seven Studios is a trade name of Western Waste and Recycling Inc., Alberta, Canada.
We collect only what we need to talk to you about your website and to build it. We never sell your information. This policy follows Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
- When you contact us (the “Start my website” form, a teardown request or a call booking): your name, email, and optionally your phone number, business name, current website, and your answers to our questions.
- When you become a client: the information, logo, photos and files you give us for your site, and the messages you send through your project page.
- When you pay: payments are handled by Stripe. We see that a payment was made, but we never see or store your full card or bank details.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, book calls, and send the teardown or plan you asked for.
- To build, launch and look after your website.
- To take payments and keep business records the law requires.
- To follow up about your project. You can tell us to stop at any time.
Who helps us
We use a few trusted services to run the business. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:
- Supabase (secure database and file storage)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Stripe (payments)
- Resend (sending email)
- Google (calendar invites and video calls)
- Google PageSpeed Insights (the free website audit)
- Anthropic (AI that helps fill in and polish your project info form)
Some of these services store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Client project records are kept for as long as we work together, plus the time tax and accounting rules require. Ask us and we’ll delete anything we don’t legally need to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email jaron@futuresevenstudios.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.
