Terms of Service

1. What we build

We plan, write, design and build your website based on the package you choose. What’s included in each package is shown on our pricing and start pages, and in your work order. Anything outside your package (extra pages, features or integrations) is quoted separately before we do it.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars (USD), plus any applicable taxes.
• You either pay in full up front, or pay 50% to start and the remaining 50% when you approve your site, before it goes live.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe, using any payment method offered at checkout.
• All payments are non-refundable. Work on your project starts as soon as you pay, so we can’t refund you if you change your mind or cancel. If you’re on the 50% plan and cancel, you don’t owe the second payment. The only exception: if we can’t finish your website for a reason on our side, we refund the part of your payment that covers work we haven’t done.

3. The 7-Day Launch Promise

Your site goes live within 7 business days of the day we have everything we need. Here’s exactly how that works:

• The clock starts once your deposit is paid and your info form is complete: business details, logo, photos and domain access.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting statutory holidays.
• The clock pauses while we wait on your feedback or approval.
• Extra pages or features beyond your package can add time. We tell you before we start.
• If anything changes your launch date, we tell you the new date in writing.
• If we haven’t heard from you for 14 days, we pause your project until you’re ready. There’s no extra charge to restart.

4. Revisions

You get unlimited design revisions before we build, until you’re happy with the direction. Once the site is built, we fix anything that doesn’t match the approved design before launch. New ideas after approval are treated as changes and may be quoted separately.

5. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us (text, logos, photos). You’re responsible for the accuracy of your business details and any claims on your site.

6. Ownership

Once you’ve paid in full, you own your website’s design, code and content. Your domain is registered in your name. We may show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Hosting and F7 Care

• Your first 3 months of F7 Care are included. After that it’s $149 per month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime with no contract.
• F7 Care includes hosting, up to 1 hour of edits a month, uptime monitoring, backups and priority support.
• If you leave, we move your site to your own account for free.

8. Limits of our liability

We work hard to build sites that bring in business, but we can’t guarantee specific results such as sales, inquiries or search rankings. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
